Small actions can be equally significant as big actions

One of my friends is an aspiring, talented, film writer and director.

I also did a fun tik tok video with both of us in the video, which I’ve since removed from my Tik Tok as its a bit embarrassing 🙂

Anyways, he’s currently studying for his Masters’s Degree in a film-related course and his next goal is to get some work experience related to film production.

He told me that he has been invited to some sort of “office gathering” in a film post-production house, near his University.

He was thinking if he can go down there, then maybe network and ask around if there were any potential jobs on offer.

He then asked me, if it is worth going as he was not sure if anything good will come of it.

I said to him the following:

“It’s still worth a try. Just remember the more actions you take towards your goal, your probability of reaching that goal increases.

Even small actions can be equally significant as big ones.

Here’s an example: let’s say you’re an author, and you write just 1 page a day, (small action).

In 1 year you should have 365 pages done, equivalent to a full fiction or non-fictionbook! (big action).”

To sum it up, do not disregard any goal-related action, big or small that could potentially move you even a little bit closer to your goal.

Because every action step, small or big can become a “worker” in helping you accomplish your goal.
